By purchasing a ticket or attending a Ravewear event, you agree to the following terms:



Ticketing

Tickets are non-refundable within 14 days of the event.

If you can no longer attend, you may resell your ticket through our approved resale platform unless you purchased ticket insurance.

Ticket insurance, if purchased, follows its own refund rules as stated at checkout.

Tickets may not be resold for profit. Any ticket listed above face value may be cancelled without notice.



Entry Requirements

You must present a valid ticket and ID to enter.

The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated, aggressive, or poses a risk to others.

You must follow all instructions from security and staff at all times.



Safety & Conduct

Ravewear and the venue will do everything reasonably possible to provide a safe environment.

You are responsible for your own behaviour and personal belongings.

Harassment, discrimination, violence, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the event without refund.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Anyone found with them may be removed and reported.



Event Changes

Set times, performers, and production elements are subject to change.

If the event is postponed, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.

If the event is cancelled, refunds will follow the platform’s cancellation policy.



Media & Content

Photography and videography will take place at the event. By attending, you consent to your image being used in Ravewear’s marketing and promotional material.

Personal filming is allowed, but professional equipment requires prior approval.



Weather & Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, weather conditions may require delays, adjustments, or temporary evacuations.

The event will proceed unless conditions make it unsafe.



Liability

You attend at your own risk. Ravewear and the venue are not liable for injuries, loss, or damage unless caused by negligence.
